A total of six suspects face serious charges in the murder of the Wellton mother of three, Cristal Figueroa.
Three have been indicted by a grand jury on first-degree murder charges: 30 year-old Jose Jimenez, 24-year-old Brandi Michalski, and 23-year-old Andres Flores Galindo.
All three suspects have pleaded not guilty.
Jimenez was the ex-boyfriend of Figueroa, according to prosecutors.
He also faces charges of aggravated assault and criminal damage and is being held on $2 million bond, cash only.
Michalski, who prosecutors said was friends with Figueroa up until recently, is also being charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence. Her bond remains at $100,000.
Galindo is the same man who police first arrested March 22--the same day as the murder--after the hit and run involving some of these suspects.
In addition to first-degree murder charges, he is being charged with aggravated assault and tampering with physical evidence. He is being held on $500,000 bond.
The three other suspects who are being charged in connection with this murder include 22-year-old twin brothers James and Daniel Torres.
They were arrested the same night as Jimenez when they lied to authorities about hiding him.
They are being charged with hindering prosecution, and their bonds are set at $100,000 and $125,000, respectively.
Finally, 36-year-old Jeffery Miller is also being charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $185,000.
Miller and Michalski will be back in court in the next couple of days, while the other four suspects will be back in court next month.
