'Martin Garza' is a name that will always be remembered throughout Brawlely and the desert southwest.

He's a person that was a leader, a listener, and a lone warrior.

A mass was held in remembrance of Garza. Hundreds packed the St. Margaret Mary Church, in Brawley to share their prayers.

The love and support from the community poured into the Garza family.

Friends, teammates, classmates, and Garza's school counselor was there to show support.

As the sun rises high above the church--according to the priest--so too will Garza rise into the heavens.
