The Yuma Police Department says shots were fired early Saturday morning in a parking lot in Yuma.

Police responded to 3780 S. 4th Avenue just before 2 a.m. The call was in response to a disturbance.

When police arrived, the persons involved were already gone.

But, police said the evidence they found on scene suggests multiple rounds were fired and struck the ground.

No one was reported injured. The investigation is ongoing. If you have any information, call YPD at (928) 783-4421 or 78-CRIME to remain anonymous.
