Attempted robbery suspect faces charges in court

YUMA, Ariz. – The man who allegedly threatened a Circle K clerk and demanded money Monday faced several charges in court Wednesday.

Phillip Hinojos is facing one count of robbery and one count of shoplifting; both class four felonies. Judge John Nelson says Hinojos has two prior convictions.

Hinojos is set to appear at the Yuma County Justice Court April 28.
