Aguiniga acusado formalmente con delitos sexuales

YUMA, Arizona – El ex Marine y empleado de Desert View High School quien esta siendo acusado de abuso sexual fue acusado formalmente con una lista de delitos sexuales contra menores de edad.

Ernesto Aguiniga estuvo en corte el lunes, donde fue acusado de abuso sexual de un menor, atrayendo a un menor de edad con fines de explotación sexual y el suministro de elementos nocivos a un menor de edad, de acuerdo con funcionarios de la corte.

Su fianza fue fijada en $200.000.

El suspechoso de 30 años de edad, está programado para aparecer en la corte para una audiencia preliminar este viernes.

Funcionarios escolares dicen que Aguiniga fue despedido de sus funciones como Asistente del Director de Desert View.

Aguiniga fue detenido el pasado jueves después que los investigadores dicen que el mismo admitió haber abusado sexualmente de una estudiante de 17 años de edad.
